Our onboarding partnership is broken down into 3 Phases

Phase 1: general audit of your account

• Identifying current functionality of account and recommendation on strategy and improvement
• Strategy and Consulting session with Certified ActiveCampaign specialist at the 2-week mark

Phase 2: Set up and optimization of priority deliverables

• Third part integrations
• Engagement automations and site tracking
• tagging structure
• list clean up and re-structuring
• set up and optimization of deals CRM
• Strategy and Consulting session with Certified ActiveCampaign Specialist around the 8-week mark

Phase 3: Ongoing account management

• Reports/analytic tracking
• Consulting on strategy and improvement of interactions
• Additional two calls as needed
• Handling all tech support issues directly with ActiveCampaign throughout the partnership.

60 Minute Strategy & Implementation Session

This session works best for those who have a basic understanding of ActiveCampaign and have a very specific issue they need resolved quickly.

This session includes:

• EMA team completing pre-call review
• Findings and recommendations presented on 60 minute call
• Time for questions and clarification
• Implementation, only if time allows

Month-to-Month Consulting Membership

If you are an ActiveCampaign user looking for a platform expert to review your work for efficiency and functionality, as well as make strategy and implementation suggestions, this month-to-month membership is for you.

Membership includes:

• Real, personalized strategy from ActiveCampaign Certified Consultants
• Email support channels
• Ongoing digital resource library of "how to" articles and loom videos to guide you on your educational and implementation journey
• Access to our team via email for strategy questions
